Cancellation, No Show, and Late Arrival
– When booking, a credit card is required to hold your appointment, this helps ensure mutual respect for my time and allows me to accommodate all clients fairly. I completely understand that life happens, but last-minute changes and missed appointments prevent others from booking during that time.
– I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the service total.
– No shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
– If you’re running late, please let me know! Arrivals more than 10 minutes past your appointment time may need to be rescheduled, and the 25% late cancellation fee may apply. By booking with Agape Spa, you agree to these policies. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support!
Payment
– Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash are all accepted forms of payment. Please note that payments through Venmo, Cash App, or similar platforms are not accepted.
– Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Failure to provide payment will be considered theft and may result in legal action.
Gift Certificates
– Gift certificates are available for purchase and will be linked directly to the recipient’s account, so there’s no need to worry if you forget to bring it to your appointment.
-Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-All gift certificates must be used by their expiration date; after that, they will no longer be valid.
Results Disclaimer
– While I strive to provide the best possible results with every service, it’s important to understand that individual outcomes can vary. Factors such as skin type, hair growth cycles, adherence to aftercare instructions, and other personal variables may impact the effectiveness of the treatment. Therefore, results are never guaranteed. I will always do my utmost to achieve the desired results, but I cannot promise specific outcomes. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I am here to discuss any concerns or adjustments that may be needed following your service.
Returns and Refunds
– I am happy to accept returns on any unopened products within the first 30 days of purchase.
– Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for services received. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, I will gladly provide a complimentary touch-up to ensure you are happy with the results. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I am committed to making sure you leave feeling confident and pleased with your experience.
Age Restrictions
– For clients aged 18 and older, there are no age restrictions for services.
– For those under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the appointment or provide consent prior to the service. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of younger clients while allowing them to benefit from the services offered.

– Your privacy is of utmost importance to me. All client information is kept strictly confidential through Vagaro and is used solely for the purpose of providing personalized services. I am committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring it is never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent. Your trust is valued, and I take every measure to safeguard your privacy, allowing you to feel secure and confident during your visits.
Health and Safety
– Your health and safety are my top priorities. If you have any health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform me prior to your appointment so I can customize the service to your needs and ensure the safest possible experience. You will have the opportunity to provide this information via a form when booking, or you can message me directly.
– I adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices in the spa, including the use of disposable tools where appropriate, wearing gloves, and thoroughly sterilizing all reusable equipment with Barbicide.
– My goal is to create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every client, ensuring that each service meets the highest standards of health and safety.
